The accurate metering ensures consistent net content of each tea bag, effectively stabilizing product quality and reducing material waste.

Adopting advanced ear-hanging coil film structure, the equipment achieves fully automatic integrated operations including automatic film feeding, bag forming, material filling and sealing. The built-in fiber optic probe positioning system enables precise automatic positioning and cutting for thread-marked tea bags, delivering neat and standardized finished bags with high aesthetic appeal, greatly enhancing product market competitiveness.

Featuring an innovative inner and outer bag integrated sealing structure, the machine completes the whole production process in one go: inner bag forming, material filling, sealing, cutting, coding and outer bag packaging. With stable and efficient performance, the machine reaches a packaging speed of 30-40 bags per minute. It supports flexible adjustment of inner and outer bag sizes, covering inner bag sizes of 50-80mm (length) × 45-80mm (width) and outer bag sizes of 80-120mm (length) × 75-95mm (width).
