Scope of application

The machine is mainly aimed at mass heat shrinkage packaging of cosmetics, printing products, pharmaceuticals, electrical appliances, food, beverage, hardware and plastics, and is used in conjunction with the jet heat shrinkage packaging machine to achieve complete and good shrinkage effect of packaging items.

Haracteristics of High Speed Edge Sealing Machine

• Longitudinal seal (side seal) can be cut continuously and uninterruptedly by constant temperature knife.

• Horizontal seal adopts the form of constant temperature knife and lifting seal.

• When the product size changes within the allowable range of the equipment, it can be easily adjusted by the equipment itself, without changing any mould or fixture.

• The length of the product can be automatically detected by two groups of electro-eyes in the horizontal or vertical direction. The length of the product is not limited, and the products of different lengths can be produced at the same time.

• It is easy to operate and learn. Five groups of converters are used to control the transmission accurately.

• Plexiglass safety door not only guarantees safety but also monitors production situation.
